Start the month right & experience a different kind of work out: Check out the Circuit Training Program of 360 Fitness Club!
The 360° Circuit is the main training program of 360° Fitness Club. It is a total body workout that combines cardiovascular and strengthening exercises. The circuit is made up of 20 exercise stations- 10 active stations + 10 active rest stations designed to be completed in 30 minutes.
I will definitely visit the newly opened Makati Branch of 360 fitness club and try the circuit training. As a runner, it is important for us to stay healthy and fit. I think the circuit training is just right for me. Here’s why:
· It is not time demanding. It only requires you 30 minutes of workout per day, 3 times a week. Just right for us working individuals.
· There are coaches available every session, since not all of us are gym & fitness experts, we need them to guide and motivate us during training days.
· They use basic equipment like free weights, sports blocks, power blocks, kettle bell blocks, exercise balls and bands medicine balls and trampolines. You don’t need those heavy machines
